Oyster Point

The Armory Revival Company purchased the development rights to the incomplete Towne Place on the water in Warren, Rhode Island from the Federal Depositor's Insurance Corp in 1996. Working with Estes and Twombly Architects, TARC repositioned the property as Oyster Point, an exclusive community of thirty-three custom built condominium homes. Oyster Point won RI Magazine’s 1998 award as Best New Residential Community of the Year.
