The adaptive re-use of a 35,000 square foot mercantile building, this Durkee Brown Viveiros and Werenfels designed project features twelve loft-style condominiums and 14,000 square feet of gallery and commercial space on five floors. 755 Westminster Street is the first market-rate residential development in Westminster Crossing. It won an Adaptive Re-Use Award from the Providence Preservation Society in 2004. The building was the former home of Herman's Furniture.
