Armory Properties was created in 1998 to provide professional real estate brokerage services in Providence's up and coming historic neighborhoods. The principals in The Armory Revival Company – Mark Van Noppen, BJ Dupré, and H. LeBaron Preston – founded Armory Properties when it became clear that real estate agents working in Providence's Armory District did not see the fabulous historic, urban character of Providence as the neighborhood’s greatest asset.
